Will I be charged for declining a booking?


On TecMe we understand that you might not be able to service every booking that comes into your account. IT contains numerous skills, devices, and issues that can jump outside of a technician's skill set.

  • Before you decline: For every booking that comes in, before deciding whether to accept or decline the service we ask you to ALWAYS communicate with your customer. Ask them about the issue or device and be absolutely sure you either are or aren’t the technician for the booking.
  • If you decline: We never want you to feel pressured to service a booking that you are not confident doing. Therefore, we have no penalty for declining a booking at this time.
