Whats the difference between My Requests and Open Requests?


  • My Requests are the bookings in which the customer has chosen you as their technician. They are only visible to you and you have the authority to accept or decline those requests. If you decline a request, it will automatically become an open request.
  • An open request is the one declined by the selected technician. That request appears to be OPEN/AVAILABLE to other technicians, and they can accept it. In order to accept an open request, a technician must first check out if the required skill set matches his preset skills and also agree on the rates selected initially by the customer, which might be different from his chosen rates
