TecMe guarantees customers the highest level of service from its technicians. This is something we believe every technician that's made it onto our platform is capable of and has a passion for doing. Technicians provide the highest level of service by:
- Ensuring they are the right fit for their issue before accepting a service (to not waste anybody's time)
- Communicate any scheduling changes, needed parts, or questions clearly days before the services scheduled date and time (if possible)
- Show up on time for the service and greet the customer kindly
- Work diligently and pause their clock if any personal matters come up while a service is in progress (to prevent over-charging the customer)
- Not just fix, but explain and tech the customer how to prevent the issue from recurring in the future or how to use their new or existing devices features
- Ensure the customer has no other tech support needs before invoicing (can add as many services as you need to one invoice)
Every service comes with a 15 day peace of mind guaruntee, if the customer is not 100% satisfied we'll do whatever it takes to fix any issues. If a customer files a claim after the service, TecMe will investigate every claim and your payout will be withheld until the situation is resolved.
