What do technicians need to know about the TecMe Guarantee?


TecMe guarantees customers the highest level of service from its technicians. This is something we believe every technician that's made it onto our platform is capable of and has a passion for doing. Technicians provide the highest level of service by:

  • Ensuring they are the right fit for their issue before accepting a service (to not waste anybody's time)
  • Communicate any scheduling changes, needed parts, or questions clearly days before the services scheduled date and time (if possible)
  • Show up on time for the service and greet the customer kindly
  • Work diligently and pause their clock if any personal matters come up while a service is in progress (to prevent over-charging the customer)
  • Not just fix, but explain and tech the customer how to prevent the issue from recurring in the future or how to use their new or existing devices features
  • Ensure the customer has no other tech support needs before invoicing (can add as many services as you need to one invoice)

 

Every service comes with a 15 day peace of mind guaruntee, if the customer is not 100% satisfied we'll do whatever it takes to fix any issues. If a customer files a claim after the service, TecMe will investigate every claim and your payout will be withheld until the situation is resolved.
