What are contracts, and how do they work?

Contract in TecMe is a binding agreement between the customer and the technician. It is a legal understanding established with TecMe’s privacy policy and terms of conditions, with 100% payment protection and 24/7 support team ready to help at a moment's notice. Both parties will mutually decide the cost, billing mode & type of contract (Fixed, Hourly, Per Ticket) at the initial stage and that will remain unchanged throughout the life cycle of each contract. The idea is to minimize the gap between the customer & technician so that they can trust each other, having TecMe as the middle party without worrying about the payments, billings, and services as they will have an option to file a dispute for anything related to the contract.

TecMe has 3 types of contracts in terms of payments and type of support for the customers:

a. Retainer: For reliable, consistent service with no strings attached, a retainer agreement is the way to go. Payment is deducted at the beginning of the month, which funds service for that month. As a client, you can enjoy the assurance of having your needs met by paying one predetermined fee.
b. Hourly: Get work done quickly, efficiently and with little manual management. With this agreement, you can track progress, adjust workloads, set limits as needed and simply pay the hourly rate. Automated billing on a weekly basis.
c. Per Issue: Release payment per ticket assigned to the technician. Ticket totals will be calculated by time spent on the ticket multiplied by an hourly rate.

It is important for both parties to carefully review the terms of a contract before signing it, as it can have significant legal and financial implications.
