To join your tech in a video call session, follow the steps below:

Website

Step 1 - Click on the Bookings tab on your navigation bar (this option would appear once you're logged in).

Step 2 - On the Bookings page, search for the booking in which you chose you to have a video call session with the tech and click on View Details button to open service details page.

Step 3 - Click on the Join Web Conference button to join in the video call session with your tech (this button would appear once your tech begins the service).

Mobile App

Step 1: Download the TecMe app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Step 2: Sign up or login if you already have an account.

Step 3: Navigate to Your Bookings screen.

Step 4: Tap on the booking to open the service details screen.

Step 5: Click on the Join Session button to catch up with your tech in a video call session.
