In order to chat with your tech, follow the steps below:

Website

Step 1- Click on the Bookings tab on your navigation bar (this option would appear once you're logged in)

Step 2 - On the Bookings page, search for the booking for which you wish to communicate with the tech and click on View Details button to open service details page.

Step 3 - On the service details page, you will find the Public Notes section at the bottom where you can send messages to your tech and have a chat with him!

Alternatively, you can also click the Lets Talk button on your tech's profile page. Sending him any message from here will redirect you to the inbox, from where you can have conversations with your tech.

Mobile App

Step 1- Go to Your Bookings screen in your TecMe app.

Step 2 - Tap on the booking to open the service details screen.

Step 3 - Tap on the Messages option to chat with your tech.
