You can reschedule your booking at any time before the scheduled date and time and your tech/customer will be notified if you have rescheduled.
In order to reschedule your booking, follow the steps below:
Website
Step 1- Click on the Bookings tab on your navigation bar (this option would appear once you're logged in)
Step 2 - On the Bookings page, search for the booking you want to reschedule and click on View Details button to open service details page.
Step 3 - On Service details page, click on Reschedule Button in the top header.
Step 4 - Select a new schedule (date/time) for your service and click the Save button. Your service would be successfully rescheduled and your tech would be notified via email.
Mobile App
Step 1- Navigate to your Bookings screen.
Step 2 - Open the booking you want to reschedule.
Step 3 - Tap on Reschedule option on the service details screen.
Step 4 - Select new date and time and tap on Reschedule button.
Step 5 - Your booking will be successfully rescheduled and you will receive an email notification too.
