How do I pay my booking invoice?


In order to pay the invoice for your booking, follow the steps below:

Website

Step 1- Click on the Bookings tab on your navigation bar (this option would appear once you're logged in)

Step 2 - On the Manage Bookings page, search for the booking that is completed and for which you want to pay the invoice. Click on the View Invoice button to open the booking invoice.

Step 3 - Once you open the invoice, you will have the option to Print the invoice or contact support in case of any dispute in the invoice.

Step 4 - On clicking the Pay Invoice button, you will be asked about your payment method, where you have the option to change the payment method or add a new one. Once confirmed, click on the Pay Invoice button to pay for your service.

Step 5 - Your invoice will be paid. Lastly, give your tech a review for the service!

Mobile App

Step 1 - Once your booking is completed, you will be notified via email.

Step 2 - Open your TecMe mobile app and navigate to the booking that is completed.

Step 3 - Tap on the Pay Invoice button at the bottom to pay the invoice.

Last but not least, submit a review for your technician!
