In remote bookings, your selected tech will entertain you via remote access session. A link to join the remote session on the scheduled time will be sent to your registered email, click on the link in the email and you will be redirected to your tech.

In order to join the remote session from the TecMe app, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Navigate to Your Bookings screen, and tap to open the booking whose remote session you want to join.

Step 2: Tap on the Join Session link.
