You can communicate with your tech via:
- Chat
- Audio call (option available on mobile app only)
- Web Conference
In order to communicate with your tech, follow the steps below:
Website
Step 1 - Click on the Bookings tab on your navigation bar (this option will appear once you're logged in)

Step 2 - On the Bookings page, search for the booking for which you wish to communicate with the tech and click on the View Details button to open the service details page.

Step 3 - On the service details page, you will find the Public notes section at the bottom where you can send messages to your tech and have a web-conference with him!

Mobile App
Step 1: Go to the Your Bookings screen in your TecMe app.

Step 2: Tap on the booking to open the service details screen.

Step 3: Tap on the Messages option to chat with your tech.

Step 4: From the messaging screen you’ll be able to chat with your tech. Additionally, you can tap on the video call icon to start a video call.
