How do I Change the Service type (location) of the booking?


TecMe facilitates its technicians to choose the service types for their bookings from On-site, Remote access, or Video Call (web-conferencing). After accepting the customer's booking request and before starting the service, technicians can change the service type. Your customer will be notified of the changed service type via email and push notification.

In order to change the Service type, follow the steps below:

Step 1- Click on the Bookings tab on your navigation bar (this option would appear once you're logged in)

Step 2 - On the Bookings page, search for the booking you want to change the service type for and click on View Details button to open the service details page.

Step 3 - Click on the Change Service type button on the service details header.

Step 4- Select the new Service type for the booking and click the Save button.

Step 5 - Your service type for the booking would be changed and your customer will be notified via email.
