To Cancel a Booking, follow the steps below:
Website
Step 1- Click on the Bookings tab on your navigation bar (this option would appear once you're logged in)

Step 2 - On the Bookings page, search for the booking you want to cancel and click on View Details button to open service details page.

Step 3 - On the Service details page, click on Cancel Button in the top header.

Step 4 - Select one of the reasons for canceling the booking, and confirm it!
Step 5 - Your booking will be successfully canceled.
Mobile App
Step 1 - Navigate to the Bookings screen on TecMe app.

Step 2 - Open up the booking you want to cancel.

Step 3 - Tap on the Cancel option and your booking will be canceled.
