What are testimonials?

A testimonial is a review submitted by a technician to TecMe from a previous or current customer that was serviced outside of the TecMe platform. Once a testimonial is received, a TecMe support representative then reviews and verifies the testimonial before adding it as a review in the TecMe platform.

Why should I submit testimonials?

Reviews are crucial to convincing potential customers that you are a trustworthy technician that provides quality service. Reports indicate that 72% of consumers will take action only after reading a positive review & 92% of users will use a local business if it has at least a 4-star rating!

Who can I gather testimonials from?

Testimonials can be gathered from any past or current customer you serviced outside of the TecMe platform (because if they were serviced in TecMe we would have collected a review for you!). Testimonials can even come from friends or family that you've helped with IT support in the past.

What is the process to add my testimonials into TecMe?

  1. Gather testimonial information:
  2. Your Name & Account Email
  3. Customer First/Last Name, Email, & Phone Number
  4. Review rating (1-5 stars) & description (required)
  5. Email your testimonial information to testimonial@tecme.io
  6. That's all! A support representative will then verify your testimonial and add it as a review to your tech profile. (Review and verification takes between 1-3 days)
