How do I add another service to a booking?


You can add multiple services to a single booking as soon as it is successfully created, regardless of whether the technician accepts it or not. However, once the booking has been serviced and the invoice has been paid, you will not be able to add any more services to it.

To add another service to your booking, follow the steps below:

Website

Step 1 - Click on the Bookings tab on your navigation bar (this option would appear only when you're logged in)

Step 2 - On the Bookings page, search for your booking in which you want to add the services. Click on Add a Service button.

Step 3 - You will be redirected to Add new Service flow, where you can select the service device, schedule, location, and payment method for your new service. You will be able to pay the invoice once all the services within a booking are completed by the technician-all in one invoice

Mobile App

Step 1 - Navigate to the home screen on TecMe App.

Step 2 - Tap on the booking to add more services to it.

Step 3 - Tap on the Add services option. Mind it, you can only add services to the booking that is already accepted.

Step 4 - Add your service details on the next screen that appears and tap on Add Service button.

Step 5 - Your service will successfully be added.
