You can communicate with your customer via:
- Chat
- Audio call (option available on mobile app only)
- Web Conference
In order to communicate with your customer, follow the steps below:
Website
Step 1 - Click on the Bookings tab on your navigation bar (this option will appear once you're logged in)
Step 2 - On the Bookings page, search for the booking for which you wish to communicate with the customer and click on the View Details button to open the service details page.
Step 3 - On the service details page, you will find the Public notes section at the bottom where you can send messages to your customer and have a web-conference with him!
Mobile App
Step 1 - Go to Your Bookings screen in your TecMe app and tap on the booking to open the service details screen.
Step 2 - Tap on the Messages option to chat with your customer.
Step 3 - Tap on the camera to start voice/video call your customer.
