Being a tech, you cannot directly cancel a booking. Instead of cancelling, you can reschedule your booking if the reason for cancellation is non-suitable date/time. In order to actually cancel the booking, you have to contact TecMe support.

Step 1 - Go to the Bookings tab in the navigation bar (this option will be available once you're logged in)

Step 2 - On the Bookings page, search for the booking you want to cancel and click on View Details button to open service details page.

Step 3 - On the Service details page, click on Cancel Button in the top header.

Step 4 - Select one of the reasons for canceling the booking, and confirm it. You will be shown ways to contact TecMe support.
