Yes, every tech can access the customer’s view of the app.

Follow the steps below to switch your view:

Website

Step 1- Go to tecme.io and login to your tech account.

Step 2 - Click on your account's dropdown and select Settings option from the menu item.

Step 3 - Click on the Switch to Customer item in the left menu list to switch your account view from tech to customer.

Mobile App

Step 1 - Tap on Switch View option beside your profile picture.

Step 2 - Tapping switch view shows you which view your in. Tap on Switch View option to actually change the view.

Step 3 - Your view will be changed from Tech to customer.
