What do I do if a customer submits an untruthful review?


If a customer has submitted an untruthful review after the completion of service, contact support@tecme.io with details regarding the:

  • Service
  • Review
  • Experience while servicing the customer

A TecMe support representative will review the service and experience details and contact both you and the customer to mitigate any dispute potentially resulting in a deletion of the review.
