By following the instructions, you'll be able to create tickets in a contract, making it easy for you to request IT support from professionals assigned to your business.
Instructions:
Step 1: Login as a customer:
Access your TecMe account by entering your email and password on the login page.
Step 2: Navigate to Contracts:
Find the Contracts option in the top navigation bar under "Work Management" tab and click on it to view a list of your contracts. Browse through the contracts list and click on the one you want to create a ticket in, opening the contract details page.
Click "New Ticket": Look for the "New Ticket" button under the "Assigned Tickets" tab on the contract details page and click on it.
Fill out the ticket form: A form for creating a ticket will appear. Choose the priority level of your ticket, provide a brief summary and detailed description of the issue, select the affected device, and upload any relevant attachments.
Create the ticket: Click the "Create" button to submit your ticket, which will now be associated with the chosen contract.
Alternative method: If you don't want to create a ticket within a specific contract or don't want to assign a technician to it, go to the "Tickets" option in the top navigation bar under Work Management tab. Create a ticket there, and you can either select an associated technician from previous contracts or leave the ticket unassigned.
