By following these instructions, you’ll be able to set up your IT service company/business profile, showcase your services, and start managing your team and client projects directly through TecMe.
Instructions
Step 1: Log in to your technician account
Go to the TecMe web app and log in using your technician credentials.
Step 2: Access the Create ITSC option
In the top navigation bar, click Manage ITSC and select Create ITSC from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Choose your IT services
Browse the list of available services, ranging from advanced cloud infrastructure management to AI services and comprehensive security solutions. Select the service you will provide and click the Get Started link.
Step 4: Complete ITSC setup details
Fill in all required fields, including:
Company details (name, description, logo, etc.)
External integrations (if applicable)
Specializations and service descriptions
Step 5: Invite technicians to join your ITSC
In the final step, invite onboarded technicians to be part of your ITSC. Invitations will be sent via email and in-app notifications.
Step 6: Click Next to finalize
Review your ITSC details and click Next to complete the setup. Your ITSC is now active. You can update company details, services, and team members at any time from the Manage ITSC section.
Once you complete these steps, your IT Service Company will be live on TecMe, allowing clients to view your services, contact you for projects, and enabling you to manage your team effectively.
