This guide will walk you through the process of creating a contract with a technician on the TecMe platform. This guide will show you how to create a contract with a skilled technician in no time, so you can tackle your IT challenges together.
Instructions:
Step 1: Login
Navigate to tecme.io and login to your customer account. In case, you don't have an account, sign up and verify your account on TecMe.
Step 2: Navigate to Contracts
Once you're logged in, locate the "Work Management" item in the top navigation bar and click on the “Contracts” option in the drop down.
Step 3: Find IT Professionals
On the Contracts page, click the “Find IT Professionals” button to start searching for your desired technician.

Step 4: Search for a Technician
In the wizard that appears, enter your required skills and other criteria and submit it to view the list of matching IT professionals. You are provided with the filters on the results page to have a more concise and accurate list. You can further sort the list with respect to technician's ratings, onsite and remote rates.
Step 5: View Technician's Profile
Browse through the search results and click on the technician profile to hire.
Step 6: Hire Technician
On the technician's profile page, click the “Hire Technician” button to launch the contract wizard.

Step 7: Choose Contract Options
Complete the contract wizard by selecting the desired options, such as the contract type, duration, and payment terms.
Step 8: Review and Add Payment Method
In the review summary page, confirm the contract details and either select an existing payment method or add a new one for this contract.
Step 9: Send Contract Proposal
Finally, click the “Send Contract Proposal” button to send the proposal to the selected technician. Once they accept the proposal, you will be able to add tickets to the contract and receive IT support.

Upon completing these steps, you will have successfully created a contract with an IT professional on TecMe, allowing you to access their expertise for your IT needs.
