To view or manage bookings on TecMe:

Website

Step 1 - Go to tecme.io and click on the sign up button in the navigation bar to get started with you first booking.

Step 2 - After registering your account, get an instant IT help by creating a booking. Click here to learn how to create a booking.

Step 3 - You can view and manage your bookings from the Bookings page. To view the details of a particular booking, search the booking on the bookings page and click on the View Details button.

Mobile App

Step 1 - Get the TecMe app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Step 2 - Sign up or login if you already have an account.

Step 3 - Create a booking. Click here to learn how to create a booking. You can view your bookings on the Home screen.

Step 4 - Tap on the booking to see its service.

Step 5 - Tap on the service to view the service details screen.

Step 6 - You can view the details of your service on the screen.
