In case you forgot your password, follow the steps below to reset a new one:

Website

Step 1 - Go to tecme.io and click on the Login option in the navigation bar.

Step 2 - Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page.

Step 3 - Enter your registered email address and click Submit button to get the 6 digit code required to reset the password.

Step 4 - Enter the 6 digit pin sent to your entered email address. Type and confirm your new password. Click the Submit button.

Mobile App

Step 1 - Tap on the Forgot Password link in the Login Screen.

Step 2 - Enter your email address on the screen and click the Submit button.

Step 3 - Enter the 6 digit pin sent to your email address. Type and confirm your new password. Click the Change Password button.
