    TecMe makes getting tech support for your laptop, phone, WiFi, etc. simple and fast. How do we do that? By empowering our IT technicians with tools, and infrastructure, and marketing know-how that allow them to deliver top-tier support anytime, anywhere.

  • How can I contact TecMe support?

  • Can I cancel my booking? Is there any cancellation fee?

    Yes, even after the booking has been accepted, you can cancel it. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the specified date and time, the technician will be charged a booking fee. If you cancel before the technician accepts the appointment or if the booked day and time is more than 24 hours away, there is no charge.

  • Are technicians licensed?

    Our technicians bring a lot of personal skills, experience, and certifications to the platform, but they are not officially licensed. Technicians are independent contractors working for themselves and are not employed by TecMe.

  • Are technicians background-checked?

    Yes, every technician is background checked before they are allowed to provide services on TecMe. The background check includes national criminal records, sex offender search, global watchlist search, SSN trace, and license record checks.

  • How do I communicate with my tech?

    Through the TecMe mobile app, you can communicate with your tech via following methods:

    • Chat
    • Audio call
    • Video call

    You will have option to communicate with your tech on the service details screen.

  • Are services insured on TecMe?

    Yes, every service on TecMe comes with general liability insurance and is covered under our Peace of Mind Guarantee that is if the customer is not 100% satisfied, we'll do whatever it takes to fix any issues. If a customer files a claim after the service, TecMe will investigate every claim and your payout will be withheld until the situation is resolved.
